Framatome has implemented controlled access to the SYSTUS website for software clients.

This processing is carried out in compliance with the European Regulation of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), and with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, known as the “Informatique et Libertés” law.

As part of this processing, the following personal data may be collected:
First name, last name, professional email address, and company name.

The legal basis for collecting this data is consent.

The collection of this data is necessary to control access to the SYSTUS software installation files.

The data collected will be shared only with the following recipients:
SYSTUS software administration team.

Data will be retained for the duration of each client’s contract and will be deleted one year after the end of the contract.

All data is stored securely and confidentially in France.

Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, restrict, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data.
